The Jason Foundation:

Calvary In 1997 the Jason Foundation was founded as a response to a family and friends loss of Jason Flatt, age 16 to the tragedy of youth suicide. The mission of the Jason Foundation is to provide information, tools and resources to confront the "silent epidemic" and prevent the tragedy of youth suicide. Calvary Addiction Recovery Center is the Arizona host of the Jason Foundation. It is tragic to point out that suicide is the second leading cause of death in Arizona youths ages 10-14.

For more information on education and prevention call the Community Access Referral Line (C.A.R.L.) at (877) 778-CARL (2275). Chris Diamond, our CEO who was key in bringing the Jason Foundation the Arizona says, "We feel the work the Jason Foundation does aligns closely with Calvary Addiction Recovery Centers mission because it is solely for the prevention of a life threatening affliction and as we have also recognized, targets youth and young adults who are increasingly affected by drug and alcohol addiction."
